Guide to Buying Tickets and Logging into Meetings

You have decided to develop your business and grow your company online. You will attend online meetings because you know that it helps you save time, money, and HR resources.
Target Region
Now, the only thing you need to decide is your target region! "The Freight Days" gathers freight forwarders from all around the world for monthly meetings in three regions: Europe (GMT+1), America (GMT-6), and Asia (GMT+8). Each meeting for a specific region is held at the appropriate time zone. An online event starts at 08:00 and ends at 18:00, meaning you can go online or offline during the 10 hours whenever you are available.
Buying a Ticket and Registering for an Event
"Buying a Ticket" and "Event Registration" are two separate processes due to security reasons. When you buy a ticket for an event, you gain the right to register for that specific event through a special link, known as the Magic Link. Upon purchasing a ticket, we will authorize you to be able to register for the event. This means that you will be able to register for the event because you bought a ticket, and we have added you to the participant list.
Buying a Ticket:
Visit the Events Page and click the "Buy Tickets" button, as shown in the visual below.
Choose the Quantity of Tickets you want to buy and then click the Checkout button, as shown in the visual below.
Fill out the form with your business email address. After filling the "Add your details" section, click "Continue" button and proceed for other sections, including ticket and payment details. Enter a coupon code if you have one; A coupon code is not a must to proceed with buying a ticket and registration.
After completing the "Add your details" and "Ticket Details" sections, you will be moving forward to the "Payment" section, click the "Place Order" button. You will be directed to a secure payment page (iyzico).
After your credit card payment is successful, we will email your ticket and tips to follow. Congratulations, That's it! Please check both your inbox and spam/junk box. If you encounter any issues, we are here to assist you. Please send us an email, we are here to assist you.
Enterance to the Event Hall
You have your ticket! One day before the event date, we will send you the meeting page link via email. You will receive an email expressing that "The Freight Days Team invites you....". Accept the invitation and visit the meeting page. Then, follow the below steps as shown in the visual below.
1) Click "Register For Event" button
2) Enter your business email
3) Click "Log in with magic link" button
4) You will receive a notification email from our solution partner, remo. The email will include a "Sign in to Remo Conference" link: Click that link in the content!
*If you are not able to locate the magic link email in your inbox, please make sure to check your spam. The email should be from "notification@remo.co" with the subject line: "Sign in to Remo Conference".
5) Enter your email address and click "Log in" button.
6) You'll see a pop-up confirming your registration for the event: Congratulations!
7) Once the countdown reaches 00:00:00, the event has started! You will see the "Join Event" button instead of the "Registration Confirmed" button.
*Tip: If the button isn't showing, refresh your page (CTRL+R or CMD+R).
When you're ready, click on the blue "Join Event" button to join the event space

Meetings and Navigation
All moves in the meeting hall are as simple as a mouse click. Move your mouse onto any sofa or chair where you want to sit, click on it, and start a meeting.
Break Area: You can sit, take a rest, and wait there to plan your next move.
Busy Table: It shows that two delegates are in the meeting right now.
Group Table: You can have group meetings formed by 4 people at all sofas.
Available Delegate: One person is sitting at a table alone, and you can join the table.
